Work Matters was established in 2002 as a recruitment agency and consultancy that recognises and promotes the need to develop excellent working relationships with its clients. Providing both temporary and permanent staff we pride ourselves on our unrivalled quality of service for both clients and candidates alike.

Owned and managed by Sarah Newcombe, Work Matters is an established business with the ability to place candidates on a national basis. Since the business commenced trading Sarah has been the recipient of a number of awards including winner of the ‘Young Entrepreneur Award’ at the Best New Business Awards, Regional Finalist in the ‘Young Entrepreneur’ category at the Women into the Network Business Awards and Finalist ‘Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award’ at the Shell Livewire Awards.
